Product Quality & Guarantee
Every product is brand new and unused. Because of how we source our stock, the outer retail packaging may occasionally show minor signs of its journey to us. If there is any notable damage to the outer packaging, we will always clearly state this in the product description so you know exactly what to expect.
We want you to have plenty of time to enjoy your finds. For any products that carry an expiry date, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from your date of purchase, unless a shorter date is specifically highlighted in the product description as part of an extra-low clearance deal.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80.00. For orders below $80.00, a small flat fee is added at checkout.
Yes, we can! However, these locations fall outside our standard shipping rates and do not qualify for our free shipping offer. If you are ordering from an offshore island, please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate the best shipping rate and process your order manually.
We certainly do. A standard rural surcharge applies to these deliveries to cover the additional distance required by our courier partners.
To keep our overheads low and our prices even lower, we operate as an online-only storefront and do not offer local pickup.
Returns & Payments
Because our stock is sourced through unique clearance channels, we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind.’ However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
